Stephanie is incredibly easy to work with- she’s upbeat, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She spent quite a bit of time with us before we started visiting houses, learning what we wanted and where before setting up personalized listings. We started looking during a highly competitive time period where houses were going into contract as soon as they came on the market, meaning we had to be able to move fast. "When I went to start looking for houses I didn't know if I wanted to get a condo or a house.  I didn't know if I wanted 2 story, ranch, or split level.  I had no direction as to what I wanted.  I met my realtor for the first time and we were setup to look at 4 properties.  I wasn't sure what to expect from a realtor, in my head I was just hoping they would have my best interest at heart and not just someone looking for a commission. I was lucky to get the best, Stephanie Dutcher.  Stephanie met me at the first property and we looked through it, she didn't sugarcoat anything.  Told me everything that was bad and good, she answered all of my questions and asked me what I was looking for.  I told her I really had no idea, at this point I am sure a lot of realtors would cringe but she just smiled and said we will figure it out together.  l went into contract on a house and Stephanie called to give me bad news that the seller was backing out (very uncommon), I was devastated.  It was at this point I realized how badly I actually wanted a house.  So we started our search again.  I got frustrated because the housing market in my area was very hot at this time and a lot of houses I wanted to see were going into contract before I could even see them.  At one point I asked Stephanie if we could go back and see a previous house because I just wanted something.  She told me no and said that she knew we would find the perfect house and that she wasn't going to let me settle. I found a house looking at my list and it was a Saturday and told Stephanie I wanted to see it first thing Monday morning and she said how about in a half an hour?  I couldn't believe she took time out of her weekend, a day off and time she was spending with her husband to meet me at a house that she could have waited until Monday.  I ended up putting a bid on that house and I currently live there.  My journey to find a house was a long one, we probably looked at no less than 20 houses and during that time Stephanie was always kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and she wouldn't let me settle for anything I wouldn't be happy with.  Since I have dealt with only 1 realtor it is hard for me to compare but I imagine that you will not be in better hands than with Stephanie Dutcher.  It isn't a job for her she truly cares about the people she helps, she was a godsend to me!" – Greg
